Muscle Penitentiary is like those old magazines. The sex episodes are amazing, but any one is introduced by a bizarre title card that describes the situation of men in jails. For example, 1 card talks ’bout regulations involving showers, and it is instantaneously followed by a erotic and severe shower episode. It is all indeed dumb, and absolutely unnecessary, but I guess Blue Blake is not up on his obscenity law.
