This is the very first of our remastered scenes from George’s Falcon International videos. Maybe we were overthinking it a bit, but we decided, as it’s winter, to begin with the ski-lift scene from Siberian Heat with Viktor Kral and Alex Mensik. Little did we know this it would turn out to be the hardest of all scenes to work with. The remastering is much easier with normally lit scenes, so the studs had to spend a week on this 1 to get the superlative results. It’s much more noticeable in the images than in the video, but hopefully the film is the most weighty part :-) Back in the 90’s it was much easier for to do things like finding an not quite just empty ski resort, so these early classics give us something that we are unable to reproduce today.
