This clip starts where Part 3 ended… I am now tying her heeled feet with greater amount string. A stern hogtie is next for Pepper. A length of closet rod is strapped to her heels next. The cord this was tied into her pigtails earlier is then fastened to the ends of the cane. Another duration of string is tied to the back of her string head harness also and bound back to her feet. Pepper lays there vulnerably. I order her to struggle. Doll endeavours, but there undoubtedly isn’t much room for struggle at that point.
